1. Introduction
At Ovia Style LTD, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, we are committed to making it right through our return and exchange process. Please read our refund, return and exchange policy carefully.

2. Refund Policy
Ovia Style LTD do not have a refund policy due to misusage reasons. However, we do have a Replacement/Exchange Policy if Eligible for Replacement/Exchange as per below criteria:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The item was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.

If the customer changes their mind after the item is delivered, no refunds will be processed. However, Exchange is possible if the reason falls under one of the above categories.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must submit a replacement request by contacting us via email at info@oviastyle.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer and process the replacement item.

4. Replacement Timeline

  • Eligible replacements will be processed to the same address as first order.
  • Replacement processing time may take up-to 30 days, depending on the shipping company.

5. Return and Cancellation Policy

  • Customers must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Shipping costs for returning non-eligible products will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Cancellation requests (Exceptions) can only be processed before the item has been shipped. Once shipped, the exchange policy applies.
